1. Ticketing Policy

  • All tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except as expressly provided herein or as required under applicable law.
  • Each ticket permits one-time entry only. Re-entry is strictly prohibited unless expressly stated.
  • Tickets that are duplicated, resold without authorization, tampered with, altered, or obtained fraudulently shall be rendered void without refund.
  • The Platform reserves the right to cancel any ticket that violates these Terms.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds shall be issued only in the following circumstances:
  • The event is cancelled in its entirety (and not rescheduled)
  • The ticket is proven to be invalid, not delivered, or materially misrepresented.
  • In case of event rescheduling:
  • Tickets shall remain valid for the new date.
  • Refunds may be offered only where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the organizer.
  • All refunds, if applicable:
  • Shall be processed to the original mode of payment only.
  • Shall exclude platform fees, service fees, processing fees, and taxes, unless otherwise required by law.
  • No refunds shall be issued for:
  • Failure to attend the event.
  • Late arrival or denial of entry.
  • Personal reasons or dissatisfaction.
  • Users acknowledge that refund rights may vary depending on state laws and agree to comply accordingly.

3. Platform Role & Responsibility

  • The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary and marketplace facilitating ticket transactions.
  • The Platform is not the organizer, promoter, or issuer of events unless explicitly stated.
    • All disputes relating to event execution, cancellation, or quality shall primarily lie with the event organizer or seller.
  • The Platform shall not be liable for
    • Any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the event.

4. Compliance with U.S. Laws (Ticketing & Anti-Bot Regulations)

  • Users agree to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
    • The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to
    • cancel such transactions,
    • suspend accounts,
    • Report violations to authorities.

5. Pricing & Fee Transparency

  • The total price, including all mandatory fees and charges, shall be disclosed prior to checkout.
  • Tickets offered for resale may be
    • Above or below face value, subject to applicable state laws.
  • Users acknowledge that ticket resale may be subject to
    • State-specific restrictions and disclosure requirements.

6. Entry & Admission

  • Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket with a scannable QR code.
  • The organizer reserves the right to
    • Refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of rules.
  • Users are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event.

7. Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets may be delivered electronically via :
    • Mobile transfer, QR code, Email , or Third-party platforms.
  • The Platform shall not be responsible for
    • Delivery failures due to incorrect user information or third-party system delays.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation of tickets.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform’s systems.

Violation may result in .

  • Immediate suspension or termination
  • Cancellation of tickets without refund
  • And legal action

9. Privacy Policy & Data Rights

  • Users agree to the Platform’s Privacy Policy governing data collection and usage.
  • Users may have rights under the :
    • California Consumer Privacy Act
    • California Privacy Rights Act.
  • Such rights may include :
    • Access, Deletion, and opt-out of personal data sharing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • No warranties are made regarding :
    • Availability, Reliability, or Accuracy of Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law :
    • The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to
    • The ticket price paid (excluding fees and taxes).

12. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from :
    • Claims, damages, and losses arising from :
      • Breach of these Terms
      • Violation of law
      • Misuse of the Platform

13. Third-Party Services

  • The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services.
  • The Platform is not responsible for
    • Their availability, accuracy, or performance.

14. Accessibility Compliance

  • The Platform shall make reasonable efforts to comply with
    • Applicable accessibility laws, including ADA requirements.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
  • Users waive the right to jury trial and participation in class action lawsuits.
    • Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with U.S. laws.

16. Governing Law
