1. Ticketing Policy

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds shall be issued only in the following circumstances:
  • The event is cancelled in its entirety (and not rescheduled)

  • No refunds shall be issued for:
  • Failure to attend the event.
  • Late arrival or denial of entry.
  • Personal reasons or dissatisfaction.
  • Users acknowledge that refund rights may vary depending on state laws and agree to comply accordingly.

3. Platform Role & Responsibility

  • The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary and marketplace facilitating ticket transactions.
  • The Platform is not the organizer, promoter, or issuer of events unless explicitly stated.
    • All disputes relating to event execution, cancellation, or quality shall primarily lie with the event organizer or seller.
  • The Platform shall not be liable for
    • Any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the event.

4. Compliance with U.S. Laws (Ticketing & Anti-Bot Regulations)

  • Users agree to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
    • The use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to
    • cancel such transactions,
    • suspend accounts,
    • Report violations to authorities.

5. Pricing & Fee Transparency

  • The total price, including all mandatory fees and charges, shall be disclosed prior to checkout.
  • Tickets offered for resale may be
    • Above or below face value, subject to applicable state laws.
  • Users acknowledge that ticket resale may be subject to
    • State-specific restrictions and disclosure requirements.

6. Entry & Admission

  • Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket with a scannable QR code.

    • Refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of rules.
  • Users are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event.

7. Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets may be delivered electronically via :
    • Mobile transfer, QR code, Email , or Third-party platforms.
  • The Platform shall not be responsible for
    • Delivery failures due to incorrect user information or third-party system delays.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation of tickets.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform’s systems.
